Jennette Stone (she/her)

Jennette Stone has over 22 years of experience working in the social services field. Over the course of her career she has worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. Jennette believes in the healing power of connection and relationships whether that be a therapeutic relationship, developing a better relationship with one’s self, improving a romantic relationship, or building community.

Jennette specializes in working with couples, supporting those facing infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, grief, trauma, adjustment to parenthood, and depression and anxiety before, during, and after pregnancy. Jennette believes that trauma lives in both the mind and the body and should be treated in both as well. Jennette believes in pulling from many different modalities to best address the needs of the individuals and couples she serves.

Jennette is trained in EMDR, Gottman Method couples counseling, infertility counseling through ASRM, is in the process of receiving her Perinatal Mental Health Certification, and is also in the process of completing a Clinical Yoga teacher training as well as a Meditation Facilitator training.

Jennette sees it as her mission to listen and help others find healing and comfort. She helps her clients find acceptance and understanding of the good and the hard things that happen in life. Jennette can listen and partner with you to find the connections and patterns that are getting in your way and help you learn to interrupt those patterns and create new ones. She can help you learn to hold space for yourself as an individual or with your partner where you can address the tender parts of yourself in a safe and sacred way.

In her free time, Jennette enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, watching cartoons, and cooking. She is a big Harry Potter and Super Hero fan and loves both the DC and MARVEL universe characters. She has fun cosplaying with her husband and has plans to incorporate her son into cosplay as well. She enjoys being in nature and being around waterfalls or anywhere she can see butterflies. She enjoys yoga and mediation and strives to do it regularly. She is known to sing along with YouTube videos and has a particular love for hair bands, 90's female pop vocalists and showtunes. She plays the clarinet, ukulele and piano. She also enjoys belly dancing, drawing, painting and jewelry making.
