Counseling may be a good fit if you are experiencing unwanted mental or emotional symptoms in your life. Whether it be due to trauma, a life change, or a brain/body imbalance, your therapist will create a treatment plan with you, including goals for what you hope to achieve through your work together.

Camille is currently accepting insurance through HMHI (UofU's BCBS plan) or out of network.

Counseling appointments are typically 50-60 minutes in length unless an intensive model is utilized which would be customized for the specific client.

Camille can see you in person at our Bluffdale location or virtually through our secure client portal.

The cost of services is typically between $175-$200 per session depending on the specific service.
