Camille hawkins (she/her)

Camille Hawkins is the Owner & Clinical Director of Chapters & Seasons, a center focused on mind & body healing. Camille is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holds a Master's Degree from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor's Degree from Utah State University.

Camille's therapeutic philosophy is rooted in neuroscience, biology, psychology, and attachment models. Camille enjoys having an eclectic practice with a variety of clients and issues related to grief, trauma, life transition, and relationships. In addition to a traditional therapy model, Camille engages in an extended therapy session model to help clients get to the core of their issues and truly heal in a shorter period of time. Camille enjoys implementing modalities such as EMDR, CBT, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, art therapy, movement therapy, animal-assisted therapy, nature therapy, and more. Camille sees clients virtually and at The Wellness Farm, a therapeutic farm on 2.5 acres in Bluffdale.

Camille is also a leading perinatal & reproductive mental health therapist with specific specialties in infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, adoption, and third-party reproduction. This population represents about half of her practice.

Camille loves her job and feels it’s an honor and a privilege to be able to sit with clients during the depths of human pain as well as the beautiful moments of strength and resilience.

In addition to being an effective therapist helping hundreds of clients heal and find balance in their lives, she is also a passionate leader with extensive experience serving the community through nonprofit organizations. Camille was the founder and first Executive Director of the Utah Infertility Resource Center, served for several years on the Utah Adoption Council, and also served on the Board of Directors for Postpartum Support International - Utah. For her work in community-building and organization, she was recognized by Utah Business Magazine as a 20 in Their 20’s honoree and given the Early Career Community Award by Utah State’s Women & Gender Studies Department.

Camille is known for developing and facilitating effective programs, courses, events, trainings, research projects, and is currently a teacher for The Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath, & Death where she teaches Holding Space for Pregnancy & Infant Loss. She builds safe spaces for clients and providers to come together for learning, healing, and transformation. Clients and colleagues describe Camille gentle, compassionate, thoughtful and driven.

CamiIle enjoys being in nature, traveling, exploring yummy food, taking hot baths & long naps, and laughing at her kids’ jokes around the dinner table.
