Menstrual Health Coaching is a somatic one-on-one approach to support your physical, mental and emotional healing by addressing the main challenges you are facing relating to your menstrual cycle.
Each session is individualized based on your main challenges and desired goals. A holistic approach is taken where all aspects of your wellbeing are addressed. Each session will address your physical, emotional and mental health through a combination of techniques which may include but are not limited to: Women’s health Qigong, Yoga for physical healing, Elemental Chinese Medicine philosophy for emotional healing, and Motivational Interviewing from Psychology to support your mental well-being.

Wenlin is an Embodied Movement and Mindfulness Specialist and Menstrual Health Coach with advanced training in Qigong and Yoga for Women's Health. Within her coaching, Wenlin specializes in menstrual disorders such as Dysmenorrhea, Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and irregular cycles.
