Wenlin Tan (she/her)
Wenlin is an Embodied Movement and Mindfulness Specialist as well as a Menstrual Health Coach with advanced training in Well Woman Yoga Therapy and Qigong — a gentle healing somatic practice rooted in Chinese medicine. Wenlin specializes in supporting those experiencing menstrual disorders such as Dysmenorrhea, Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and irregular cycles to reclaim agency, well-being and wholeness in their lives.
Wenlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore, and brings with her over 7 years of experience working in healthcare market research working with doctors and patients across Asia before making a career switch to devote herself to Women’s health, becoming an embodied movement and mindfulness specialist in 2016. In recent years, Wenlin has been drawn to specialize in menstrual health to provide the support for others that she wished she had but didn’t as a busy executive struggling with her menstrual cycle in her twenties.
Wenlin has led wellness programs and healing circles both online and across Asia and Europe, and is passionate about creating safe, healing and transformative spaces to support the healing and well-being of her clients. Her clients describe Wenlin as warm, knowledgeable, supportive and kind.
Wenlin loves the smell of freshly brewed coffee, reading books on psychology, philosophy and the creative arts, deep conversations on the big questions of life, and spending time close to the ocean. An avid practitioner of Qigong and Yoga, Wenlin also loves trying new modalities like rowing to feel in flow. Wenlin lives in Turin, Italy, with her husband Luca and their Italian greyhound Didi, offering virtual support for Chapters & Seasons clients.
